I don't think that I really need to preach about the benefits of water or why we need it. BUT WE DO!!
I drink a lot of water and figured out ways to enhance the benefits and the taste. These ideas all enrich the water with antioxidants and goodness! Which helps the body inside as well as outside (your gorgeous face).
o I usually make 2 jugs of this in the morning and take1 with me to campus and have the other at home.
So its a huge jug filled with water add to that:
o a few slices of lemons (or lemon juice)
o a few mint leaves
o a dash (like a tbl) of a fresh organic fruit juice
